We are Dario and Betta, a couple in life and at work. LA FENICE is not a simple pizzeria, but an exciting journey through the flavors and aromas of our land.

Particularly pizza, but also particularly "scrocchiarella"!

Because the products used for the dough are particularly simple but particularly good. Because the times of processing and leavening are particularly studied as well as the nutritional values. Because we are particularly careful to work our dough so that it is highly digestible. The quality of the raw materials is excellent and the taste is amazing. The highlight is the dough: puffy but not sticky, well cooked and crunchy. Many different doughs to try and about 60 types of pizzas subject to change based on the seasonality of the products, from timeless classics to gourmet proposals, which see the best raw materials of the Apulian territory as the main character.

Our "Scrocchiarelle"


This is the latest innovation in chronological order, which Dario has decided to add to the menu, together with PANSCROCCHIA. A particular type of pizza in shovel, typical of the Roman tradition, alveolate and super crunchy that crunches under the teeth. PANSCROCCHIA, on the other hand, is a tasty sandwich filled with delicious ingredients.

ALVEOLATE

Because the proof of its lightness lies in the very honeycomb structure.

GOOD

Because it is highly digestible, thanks to the long leavening, but always full of flavour.

CRISP

Because if it doesn't crunch with every bite, it's not real Scrocchiarella.

The study of the best beef breeds, the intensity of the flavors and the different types of cooking have always fascinated Dario who managed, with dedication and self-sacrifice, to create his very personal concept of steak house.
